WARRANTY

The legal guarantees provided by current legislation apply to the sale of safes.

In the event of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer will have the right to have the Product restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement. If one of the circumstances provided for by law applies, the Customer may request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and subsequent refund of the price paid.

We are only responsible for defects of conformity that become apparent within 2 years of delivery of the Product. Any action to assert defects expires 26 months after delivery of the safe.
