Shipping to Italy

Genie Hand offers free shipping throughout Italy via tracked express courier.

Deliveries are generally made within 24 business hours. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, delivery times may take up to 48 hours.

All orders are shipped with tracking to allow the customer to monitor the shipment in real time.

Shipping to Europe

European shipments are made via traceable express courier with estimated delivery times between 24 and 72 working hours.

Shipping costs Europe:

• Large Safe: €20
• Medium and Standard Safe: €10
• Small Safe: €5

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and periods of peak demand.

Returns and Refunds

Genie Hand guarantees a full refund of your purchase if the product is returned intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

To make a return, you must contact customer service by email in advance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases covered by the legal guarantee.

Warranty and Assistance

All Genie Hand products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

The warranty includes the replacement of malfunctioning parts or, where applicable, the complete replacement of the product.

Furthermore, in cases covered by the warranty, shipping costs are paid by the seller.
