Shipping to Italy

Genie Hand offers free shipping throughout Italy via tracked express courier.

Deliveries are generally made within 24 business hours. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, delivery times may take up to 48 hours.

All orders are shipped with tracking to allow the customer to monitor the shipment in real time.

 

Shipping to Europe

European shipments are made via traceable express courier with estimated delivery times between 24 and 72 working hours.

Shipping costs Europe:

  • Large Safe: €20
  • Medium and Standard Safe: €10
  • Small Safe: €5

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and periods of peak demand.

 

Returns and Refunds

Genie Hand guarantees a full refund of your purchase if the product is returned intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

To make a return, you must contact customer service by email in advance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases covered by the legal guarantee.

 

Warranty and Assistance

All Genie Hand products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

The warranty includes the replacement of malfunctioning parts or, where applicable, the complete replacement of the product.

Furthermore, in cases covered by the warranty, shipping costs are paid by the seller.

WARRANTY

The legal guarantees provided by current legislation apply to the sale of safes.

In the event of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer will have the right to have the Product restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement. If one of the circumstances provided for by law applies, the Customer may request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and subsequent refund of the price paid.

We are only responsible for defects of conformity that become apparent within 2 years of delivery of the Product. Any action to assert defects expires 26 months after delivery of the safe.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT HOW DOES IT WORK?

The quantity discount consists of a price reduction in exchange for the purchase of more than one safe.

It is offered to customers and applies on a cumulative basis, so for each order, it does not matter whether the safes purchased are of the same model.

from 2 to 4 safes = 3% discount

from 5 to 9 safes = 5% discount

10 to 14 safes = 10% discount

15+ safes = 15% discount

The Premium Digital Safe is designed to offer advanced security and ease of use, thanks to modern electronic opening systems available in various configurations.

Ideal for homes, offices and professional environments, it allows you to protect documents, cash, jewelry and valuables safely and reliably.

Dimensions, capacity and structure

The safe measures 33 × 39 × 33 cm, has a capacity of 42 litres and weighs 11 kg.

The structure is made of high-strength steel, designed to ensure effective protection against break-in attempts.

Premium Digital Safe Opening Systems

The Premium Digital Safe is available in different versions, which can be selected during the purchase process:

  • electronic numeric code
  • fingerprint
  • facial recognition

The motorized lock allows automatic opening and closing without front knobs, reducing the risk of external manipulation.

Also included:

  • 2 emergency B-Class keys

which allow access even in the event of flat batteries.

Advanced functions

Depending on the version chosen, the safe includes dedicated features.

The electronic version with code allows the setting of:

  • Master Code
  • User Code

The biometric versions instead allow the storage of more:

  • authorized faces

All versions include:
