Shipping to Italy

Genie Hand offers free shipping throughout Italy via tracked express courier.

Deliveries are generally made within 24 business hours. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, delivery times may take up to 48 hours.

All orders are shipped with tracking to allow the customer to monitor the shipment in real time.

 

Shipping to Europe

European shipments are made via traceable express courier with estimated delivery times between 24 and 72 working hours.

Shipping costs Europe:

  • Large Safe: €20
  • Medium and Standard Safe: €10
  • Small Safe: €5

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and periods of peak demand.

 

Returns and Refunds

Genie Hand guarantees a full refund of your purchase if the product is returned intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

To make a return, you must contact customer service by email in advance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases covered by the legal guarantee.

 

Warranty and Assistance

All Genie Hand products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

The warranty includes the replacement of malfunctioning parts or, where applicable, the complete replacement of the product.

Furthermore, in cases covered by the warranty, shipping costs are paid by the seller.

WARRANTY

The legal guarantees provided by current legislation apply to the sale of safes.

In the event of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer will have the right to have the Product restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement. If one of the circumstances provided for by law applies, the Customer may request an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and subsequent refund of the price paid.

We are only responsible for defects of conformity that become apparent within 2 years of delivery of the Product. Any action to assert defects expires 26 months after delivery of the safe.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT HOW DOES IT WORK?

The quantity discount consists of a price reduction in exchange for the purchase of more than one safe.

It is offered to customers and applies on a cumulative basis, so for each order, it does not matter whether the safes purchased are of the same model.

from 2 to 4 safes = 3% discount

from 5 to 9 safes = 5% discount

10 to 14 safes = 10% discount

15+ safes = 15% discount

KDN Electronic Safe

The KDN electronic safe is a model designed for hospitality facilities, hotels, B&Bs, offices and professional environments, where security, reliability and practicality are fundamental.

The safe measures 42 × 19.5 × 50.8 cm, has an internal capacity of 41 liters , and weighs 13.5 kg.
The interior space is designed to comfortably store laptops up to 17 inches, documents, electronic devices, and valuables.

The compact structure allows for discreet installation, while maintaining high robustness thanks to the reinforced steel construction.

Opening the B-Class electronic safe

The safe has a double opening mode:

  • programmable numeric electronic code
  • emergency mechanical key

The integrated LED display allows for simple and immediate management of daily operations.

Code security and access protection

The security code is customizable and protected by a masking function, which prevents the entered combination from being displayed.

If multiple incorrect attempts are made, the system automatically activates a temporary lock to increase security. A dedicated indicator also warns of low battery levels.

Anti-Bounce Technology and Advanced Protection

Anti-Bounce technology prevents opening by impacts or manipulation attempts.

The reinforced structure guarantees superior protection compared to common electronic safes, ensuring reliability over time even in professional contexts with frequent use.
